Privacy policy

Last updated 6 September 2026.

This policy describes what The Brain Health Insider collects when you visit, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect names or addresses.

  • Server and network logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers record standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — for security and reliability. We do not use these logs to build profiles of individuals.
  • Analytics. We use analytics to understand which pages are read and where readers leave. This is aggregate measurement, not individual tracking.
  • Advertising measurement. If you arrived from an advertisement, the ad platform may set identifiers that let it attribute your visit to that ad.
  • Affiliate attribution. Clicking an outbound affiliate link passes an identifier to the merchant so that a resulting purchase can be credited to us. We do not receive your name, address or payment details from that transaction.
  • Email you send us. If you write to us, we keep the message in order to answer it.

Third parties

Once you follow an outbound link you are on someone else’s site, governed by their privacy policy, not ours. We have no control over what merchants and advertising platforms do with data they collect, and we encourage you to read their policies.

Cookies

Cookies and similar technologies are used for the measurement and attribution described above. Every current browser lets you block or delete them, and the site remains readable if you do.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law.

Children

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted on the page rather than made silently.
