Independence
Editorial decisions are made independently of commercial relationships. Merchants and affiliate networks do not see drafts, do not approve copy, and cannot require the removal or alteration of published material. Where a commercial relationship exists, it is disclosed.
Sourcing
Factual claims about regulation, certification and research are sourced to primary documents — federal regulations, the certifying body’s own published standards, or the study being described — rather than to secondary coverage. Where we describe what a study found, we describe what it measured, not what a press release said it meant.
Health claims
We do not state or imply that any dietary supplement diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease. We do not publish dosing instructions. We do not tell readers to stop or change a prescribed medication.
Corrections
Errors of fact are corrected on the page, with a dated note describing what changed. We do not silently revise published claims. Substantive updates to a page are marked with an updated date.
